		<description>To the Handicap Director (?)

Several weeks ago I wrote a relatively discriptive note to someone at your offices and never received an answer ?? I wanted an explanation of why my index had suddenly showed a trailing &quot;R&quot; ? I suspect it was because of the sudden rising level of my index number. I tried to explain as clearly as I could that I had suffered a stroke-like incidence in my right arm that caused me to have a much depleted ability to play golf. The paralytic condition that was at first thought to ne a stroke turned out to be some pretty extensive nerve damage in the 1-4 spinal (neck) area. I am now starting to play better but nowhere near my ability when I had full use of both arms. I
coneinuws playing because that&#039;s what I do !!!!....I PLAY GOLF TO MAINTAIN MY SANITY !!! Now, will you please look into this for me and see about returning me to my open status ?

thank you
