Hello, I am a senior at Monterey High School. After I graduate, I will be studying abroad through the Rotary Youth Exchange Program in Taiwan for one academic year. When I return fall 2009, I will enter Berkeley/UCLA/UCSD as a freshman. I have applied for several other scholarships, and for the ones I have won, they are willing to defer. Can I still apply for this scholarship? Thank you for your time.
