LIVERMORE – The NCGA Junior Tour made its East Bay stop at Poppy Ridge golf course today with three champions in each of the three divisions.

Bryson Dechambeau captured the Boys’ 14-18 division by three strokes with a final-round even-par 72.  The Clovis resident backed-up his first-round one-under-par 71 with birdies on 17 and 18 in the final round to claim the championship.  Despite four three-putts, Dechambeau managed to hold of NCGA Junior Tour-Sacramento Champion Stephen Jahnke to nail the East Clovis HS player’s best finish of the season.

Jahnke of San Jose fired a two-over-par 74 to finish at 146 in second place, while Pittsburgh’s Tyler Archer posted a 76 to claim third at three-over-par 147.

In the Boys’ 12-13 division, Justin Pagilla maintained his overnight lead to claim the championship with a final-round 69.  The round included a three-under-par front-nine in windy conditions to finish at three-under-par 141 for the tournament.

Christopher Petefish of Danville, currently fifth on the NCGA Junior Rankings, posted 73-71 to finish at even-par and claim second place.  Clayton’s Nicolo Galletti finished one stroke back in third with a 71.

In the Girls’ division, Hannah Suh of San Jose secured the championship with a final-round one-under-par 71.  Suh finished two strokes clear of second place winner Kelsey Ulep of Sacramento who carded a 75 for a nine-over-par 153 total.  Casie Cathrea of Livermore fired a 78 to take third at ten-over-par 154.
