Two of our NCGA Junior Tour players have put together a great brochure and website about the safe and smart way to use a golf cart.  Everyone should read this and take its message to heart.  The NCGA congratulates Mia Dougherty and Will Scarlett for all their efforts to inform people on the safe way to ride.
