Samantha Moyal defeated Asia Adell with a par on the first playoff hole to win the Girls Championship Flight at the NCGA Junior Tour’s Summer Series III tournament at Metropolitan Golf Links in Oakland.  Moyal and Adell tied for first with scores of 152 after two rounds.  Adell shot 78 to take a one stroke lead on day one over Moyal and Linda Brown.  Moyal’s caught Adell when Asia bogied the 18th hole.  Brown shot an 80 to take third at 159.

Girls Championship Flight Scores

Andrew Siroway shot a 73-70 – 143 to win the Boys Championship Flight by two strokes over Alex Franklin and Justin Marchiando.  Franklin was awarded second place through a scorecard playoff.  Siroway had four bogies and two birdies in his 70.

Richard Ayala shot the best round of the tournament with a 68 on Wednesday for fourth place.

Boys Championship Flight Scores

In the Boys First Flight, Robert Briggs shot 70 in the second round to go with a first round of 76 for a nine-shot victory of Kodai Nagano and Adam Yount.  Nagano took second place in a scorecard playoff.

The Girls First Flight was won by Keegan Dominguez who shot 83-77 to win by one shot over last week’s runner-up Michelle Xie and Amanjoty Sangha.  Xie was awarded second place after a scorecard playoff.

The Boys Net winners were 1) Jarvis Sill, 2) Jason Pan and 3) R. J. Magat

The Girls Net was won by Lulu Huang, second went to Amy Huang and third to Anna Zhou.
