Club Enrollment

The NCGA Foundation, the charitable arm of the Northern California Golf Association, invites your club to become a member of our club enrollment program. For $10 or $20 a year your members can make a significant impact in the lives of deserving youth in your area.

The NCGA Foundation is a non-profit IRS 501(c) (3) charitable organization founded to provide deserving youth the opportunity to develop life skills and values through golf. Through grants, the Foundation funds local youth programs that give thousands of juniors the opportunity to build self-esteem and learn values like honesty, integrity, and respect.

The NCGA Foundation’s groundbreaking Youth on Course initiative increases the accessibility and affordability of golf. More than 80 golf courses throughout the region receive subsidies to ensure children with life skills and values training never pay more than $5 for a round of golf or $1 to hit a bucket of balls.

There are four important items setting us apart from other foundations ensuring each dollar donated is a dollar well spent.

1) We have negligible overhead and staffing expenses. The NCGA covers these costs.
2) An NCGA matching challenge grant means every dollar raised is doubled, up to $125,000.
3) Your club can suggest a grant recipient in your local community if it meets our guidelines.
4) Our Youth on Course initiative ensures that participating youth pay the minimal fee of $5 or less for green fees and $1 for range balls while they put to use their life skills and values training.

We hope your will become a leader for this program and demonstrate your support for the growth of the game by enrolling in our club enrollment program. We recommend taking advantage of our convenient “EZ Donate” enrollment, where the club agrees to enroll each member for an annual $10 or $20 donation. The donation can easily be added to a monthly statement or annual renewal fee. The Foundation retains more than 90% participation using EZ Donate. Remember, the NCGA will match every dollar donated.

The Foundation truly appreciates your support. We encourage you to bring this opportunity to your board of directors, and in doing so make a difference in the lives of thousands of Northern California deserving youth.
