You can login with the username and password you created upon joining the JTNC. Once you have logged-in click on Program Signup.  From there, click on the small box next to 2012 Junior Tour of Northern California Membership and then the Register button at the top of the page.  You will be able to charge this to your credit card.

To play on the Junior Tour of Northern California, you must be a member of the NCGA and have an established handicap index at the time of registration for a tournament.You must also join the Junior Tour of Northern California through the NCGA Tournament Registration Site.

To join the JTNC, you must first have an account on the GHIN Registration system.  You can create an account by going to https://www.ghintpp.com/JTNC/TPPOnlineGolfer/RegisterGHIN.aspx.  Enter your GHIN number and last name to create the account.

Once you are logged on or have created the account, you will see menu items on the left side of the page.  Click on Program Signup.  From there, click on the small box next to the Junior Tour of Northern California and then the Register button at the top of the page.  You will be able to charge this to your credit card.
