  • Established in 1993, the Santa Cruz County Junior Golf Association (SCCJGA) is a non-profit, all volunteer organization, whose charter is to provide all junior golfers and prospective junior golfers, between the ages of six and eighteen, the opportunity to participate in an organized golf program that offers a fun and safe atmosphere. The SCCJGA is committed to minimizing barriers, financial or otherwise, that might prohibit participation in the game of golf. The SCCJGA conducts REPS (Rules, Etiquette, Pace of Play and Safety) courses, conducts 9 hole and 18 hole tournaments, and subsidizes golf lessons, tournament green fees and membership to the NCGA (Northern California Golf Association).  Being an Affiliate Member of the NCGA, SCCJGA Members participate in the NCGA’s Youth on Course Program. Most SCCJGA members reside in Santa Cruz County but we are open to any Junior Golfer, regardless of where they live.  Our tournaments are played at Spring Hills, Aptos Seascape, DeLaveaga Pajaro Valley, Boulder Creek, Valley Gardens and our Tournament of Champions (Qualified Players Only) is held at Pasatiempo.
