El Rancho Chico is the men’s club for the Bidwell Park Golf Course.  Bidwell Park is a public course founded in 1928,  We hold monthly tournaments, have a twilight league that begins in May, and have a traveling team that plays matches against other clubs in the area.  We welcome new members.

Rio La Paz Golf Club plays tournaments on a monthly basis, usually on Saturdays at Rio La Paz Golf Course in Nicolaus (about 20 miles north of downtown Sacramento). We also participate in NCGA Team Match play on Thursdays - and upon expansion of our membership would like to have periodic play days with other golf clubs and/or increase the number of tournaments.

SAGA helps its members lower their score and enjoy the game of golf more. The main activity is directed toward appreciation and awareness of golf course architecture and design and how this can benefit our members. Frequent golf experiences with PGA golf professionals assisting us on the fundamentals of course management along with golf clinics and tournament play provides these opportunities.

Membership open to all from anywhere if Handicap Index of 3.9 or less and includes optional free email account and Trans-Miss GA affiliation. Cost is $45 for first year and $35 per year thereafter (based on current NCGA rates and zero initiation fee). Average club Index is less than 0.0 and club conducts the Scratch Players Championship among other NCGA point events, all based out of San Francisco.
