We hold at least two tournaments each month - one during the week and one on the weekend - with an average of 100 men and women participating in each tournament. Davis Municipal Golf Course

We have 56 scheduled tournament days per year and pick up games every weekend when a tournament is not scheduled. We have approximately 280 members at present. There is a senior program which plays a tournament every Thursday and also one Tuesday each month. We also have an active women’s and junior’s golf program. Dry Creek GC
Bill Rutherford 916-776-9222 rutherford@softcom.net Dry Creek Men’s Club holds a monthly Saturday tournament throughout the year, played at Dry Creek Ranch Golf Course, straddling Hwy 99 in Galt. Tournaments include 4 NCGA qualifier events, Club Championship, a Christmas Toys for Tots event with toys donated to a local charity, and other formats with a variety of individual and team events. Members are from the Bay Area, Tracy, Modesto, Stockton, Lodi, Galt, Walnut Grove, many from Elk Grove, Sacramento, and Roseville. The golf course features a Jack Fleming design (he was construction superintendent for Alistair McKenzie) of a natural, old style, easily walkable layout amongst many huge oak and walnut trees. A new course record of 62 was set by member Jackson Morehead in 2005, playing in head pro Rod Sims’s weekly Wednesday afternoon skins game.
