Your Handicap

The spirit of golf lies in proper handicapping. The source of equitable handicap indexes is an accurate course rating system. The NCGA follows USGA principles and rates each of its courses through the direction of staff and well-trained course rating committeemen.

Membership Card Information

NCGA member cards will be sent out mid-April 2009 and will offer enhanced member beneftis.  In the meantime, NCGA members still receive full member benefits by using their NCGA/GHIN Membership number and photo I.D.

Multi-Member Rebate Information

The NCGA discontinued the Multi Member Rebate Program in 2006.  From 2003 to 2006, the number of rebate submissions dropped 43% to an all-time low and to a point where only a little more than 6% of those eligible for a rebate applied. This drastic decline, coupled with the high cost and resources necessary to process applications, did not justify continuing the program.
